CHALLENGE

The website was last redesigned in 2017 and has since become outdated in terms of design, functionality, and content. It does not reflect the company's growth, innovation, and leadership in the beverage and CPG industry, nor does it provide an optimal user experience for its diverse and global audience. To address these issues, we propose a comprehensive redesign that will enhance its visual appeal, usability, and relevance. Focus must be on applying a “consumer-obsessed” mindset (audience/customer centric focus) to rebuild cbrands.com to facilitate greater connection with our key audiences and improve user engagement with our website content and digital materials.

OBJECTIVES

Refresh the brand identity and visual design of cbrands.com to align with the company's vision, values, and goals – elevating the presence of the property to match that of a #1 Growth Leader among large CPG companies, and market and thought leader in the total beverage alcohol space.

  • Improved user experience and accessibility across different devices, browsers, and platforms

  • Updated the contents of the site to showcase the company's portfolio of products, initiatives, and strategy in a compelling and engaging way, with a particular focus on enhancing the engagement, education, and user experience within the Brands, Careers, and Newsroom sections

  • Enhanced the discoverability of Constellation Brands messaging and position on the digital shelf by expanding and deepening content offered on the site through a strategic, audience-first approach

  • Put a much larger focus on their brand portfolio, production and distribution, product information, and ESG

  • Developed an interactive history timeline that takes users from Constellation’s beginnings through to current day

  • Greatly expanded their Careers section to support recruiting and attract top talent
